I am Benjamin B. McMillan, a Senior Researcher at the Center for Complex Geometry, in Daejeon, South Korea. My research is in differential geometry, particularly the geometric structure of differential equations. This includes exterior differential systems, Cartan's method of equivalence for G-structures and higher-order frame bundles, characteristic cohomology (conservation laws, the variational bicomplex), and secondary characteristic classes. I'm a big fan of most geometries, but some of my favorite are foliations, complex, and contact geometry.
When not working, I like to rock climb and go on bike rides with my family, or work on coding projects.
